DVD+R is presently the format that most of the DVD player/writer manufacturers favour however these discs are more expensive than the DVD-R discs. This is not to be mistaken for the DVD-R which is different and may not work in a DVD+R player or writer. For further information on the various different DVD media available click the link at the top right hand side of this page. Before ordering any DVD media you should first check your DVD reader/writer manual to see if it is compatible with DVD+R discs.
