Our customers will notice some important changes to the e-commerce section of our web site over the next 48 hours or so. We will be adding an additional address section to be filled out if the card holder's address is different to the delivery address. We will also be requiring the three figure security code (the last three digits) to be entered. The security code is printed on the reverse side of the credit card on the strip where the card holder's signature is.
 
We have been required to add these additional security features to our e-commerce section by the Merchant Services Company we use to clear the payments. The aim is to reduce the potential of credit card fraud.
 
IT IS IN EVERYONE'S INTERESTS TO HAVE THESE EXTRA SECURITY CHECKS AS FRAUD INCREASES THE PRICES WE HAVE TO CHARGE ALL OUR CUSTOMERS.
